Principal’s Message for Secondary & Senior Secondary

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. – Nelson Mandela We at NHS have been trying to make the effort in our own humble way, beginning with the students of our school. We are proud of the tradition that has been coming down through a century of imparting education to our students. We are aware of the changes that have been happening, and of course, the enormous change that has come along with the revolution in Technology, and are constantly upgrading ourselves to meet the needs of the hour both in terms of classroom facilities and life skills. Our youth today are facing many challenges caused by the overwhelming presence of the social media in every sphere of life, but the basic values of education remain the same enabling us to teach them ways to counter these problems. As we navigate through their curriculum we try to make our young scholars realise and imbibe some significant values of life. We teach them the importance of Diligence, Dedication, Discipline, Commitment, Confidence, Courage of Conviction and above all Compassion – all qualities which are required in the youth to take their place in society and become a productive and valued contributor to our country. We are proud of our dedicated team of educators and staff who put in their best efforts so that together we realise the dreams we see for our students. In our attempt to do so we would need the active involvement and cooperation of the parents, so that together we can nurture a new generation of youth to become proud citizens of India and eventually the world.
